The Office Lot is located at the 2nd Level  of the Imperial Heritage Building.  A luxury Boutique Residence "Colonial-style" Hotel with 250 units above the Lot. at the heart of UNESCO World Heritage site with the 16.7 tourists in 2017. Nearly 1 million additional tourists every year since it became a world heritage site in 2007.

Hotel was opened in early 2015 (Rated 4- Star Hotel) and located opposite the Dataran Pahlawan Megamall Melaka, the biggest shopping Mall in Melaka. From the hotel and via through the Megamall and out is the famous St Paul Hill and at its foothills is the Portuguese Porta De Santiago of A Famosa, the remnants of an entrance gateway. Also the replica of the 15th Century Melaka Sultan Palace is nearby and is a museum as well. Beyond is the ancient Melaka Town where the world famous Jonker Street is located.

As for Melaka Gateway (5-min drive), KAJ Development Sdn Bhd signed a memorandum of  agreement with Powerchina on Sept 1, 2016 to  privately develop the 546.4 hectare mixed development on the Straits of Malacca, comprising three man-made islands and one natural island. 

Melaka Gateway is schedule to be completed in 2025 and expected to attract some 2.5 million visitors, annually with some 40,000 to 45,000 jobs opportunities created.

The islands would feature, among others, an international cruise passenger terminal (Royal Carribean International), a commercial city, liquid terminal and maritime industrial park.

 All along the coast of Melaka about at least 10 km long, reclaimed land projects such as Melaka Gateway (Pulau Melaka), Marina (Beyond Kota Laksamana) and Cheng Ho City ,World-Class Resort based Tourism & Business City (near Klebang) will set to transform Melaka into a more bustling and dynamic city with international attractions such as Cheng Ho Free Trade Centre, Encore Impressions (A Performing Arts Rotating Theater, a famous world-franchise from China), Waterfront Duty-free District and international-class Marina that will lure 3000 yachts that are plying by the Straits of Malacca every year.

The Malacca International Airport which was upgraded and its runaway lengthened in recent years is set to bring in more flights..In July 2019, Air Asia will be flying a new route between Penang and Melaka 7 times per week!

 The High-Speed Rail (HSR)  project from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur with Melaka as a station is  now delayed to May 2020 for further discussion and implementation.

In conclusion, with all the developments spearhead by private corporations and foreign expertise in Melaka with close support from the state/federal government and the eventual completion of each project with public amenities; more people is expected to throng Melaka and prices will set to rise in tandem with demands for commercial properties. Also, higher occupancy rate in the boutique hotel will spell more business to the ground floor and 1st Floor commercial lots.
